Implementation time varies by company size and complexity. For smaller organisations (up to 1,000 units) onboarding typically takes 2–4 weeks. Larger implementations can take 2–6 months. Our experienced onboarding team guides you through the entire process.

Yes, Beynance is fully responsive and provides native apps for iOS and Android. Field staff can carry out inspections, upload documents, and access all key functions. Offline sync ensures work can continue even without an internet connection.

Beynance offers extensive API interfaces and pre-built integrations with more than 50 systems, including accounting software (DATEV, SAP), banks (SEPA, PSD2), energy suppliers, and tradespeople platforms. Our automated accounting supports seamless DATEV and SAP connections. Custom integrations are available via our Enterprise packages.

Our pricing is transparent and scalable. Costs depend on the number of units managed and the modules selected. Starter packages begin at €2.50 per unit/month. Enterprise solutions are individually quoted. All prices include updates, support, and hosting.

Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial with full functionality for up to 100 units. Our demo system includes anonymised sample data so you can test every feature immediately. For larger pilots we create bespoke test environments.

Beynance is continuously developed. Updates are applied automatically with no downtime or manual installation. New features are rolled out in regular release cycles and tested in our beta programme beforehand. Enterprise customers can set their own update schedules.
